I contacted this company originally on 3/2/2015 to see if rentals were available starting Sunday March 22, 2015 thru Tuesday March 24, 2015. I told them I needed a rental car for my Honeymoon and was arriving by train from Denver that Sunday and returning by train on Tuesday. They said they would meet us upon arrival at the Amtrak station with a rental car and meet us again prior to departure to pick it up. This worked out great as all other local rental agencies were closed on Sundays (Enterprise & Budget). Their price was fair. I then recontacted them on 3/6/2015 and reserved a car, giving all my required information. The agent said he would watch the train schedule and meet us upon arrival. Felt good knowing (at the time) I had found a local company and not a major corporation that cared. Upon arrival NO CAR! Called their number, voice mail, left message. Waited a few in case they were running late. Called again, voice mail. Finally a cab to get to motel. Called them Monday morning (NEVER RETURNED MY CALL) to find out status. I said you didn't meet us at train station as promised. The reply "I know". I than asked if they could bring a car to the motel. The reply "No". I than asked "Why not?". The reply "We're out of cars". I then asked why they never contacted me and left me out hanging without a rental car, only response "Sorry". I then hung up and rented a car from Enterprise ($23 a day more plus the cab fare the prior day).
MY RECOMMENDATION: DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
