Love the place, a must stop to get clothes for the kids all year long.
Always friendly. I have taken my son's clothing there many times. They are swift to process, phone me with the amount and give back the clothes they didn't take, with a clear explanation of why. I also have purchased lots of clothing there, fairly priced and in good condition.
Today the rudest Addams Family reject was forced to take my money. After ignoring me and taking 3 other customers I spoke up but she continued to ignore me until another employee said something.
Dressed in all black and covered in tattoos and such a snot she refused to be friendly or make eye contact. Anyone that knows me knows I'm friendly. I think my happiness offended the Addams Family ownership.
This store has a great selection of kids clothing, shoes, and toys. They buy and sell used but some of the stuff is brand-new as well! Everything is in great condition. The staff is friendly and my two-year-old loves to come in here and check out the toys. They have great clearance events, and lots of baby gear as well.
They have nice clothes for great prices. I like that I can bring in the clothes my children have outgrown and get store credit. It is like trading them in. Saves me lots of money! I have also been able to bring stuff in to sell and get cash when I just needed the money. Very helpful resource to have for parents! It is a very child friendly place. They don't yell at children for being children in here. They even have a play spot for kids to play while parents shop. I have been shopping here for years. I can't think of one negative thing about this store.
I have gone there for years and have 3 sons. Before today I loved this store. Even with the ever changing ownership it WAS good.
I could not wait to leave. The atmosphere went from friendly to frigid.
