My son ordered a fruit and flower basket from this business to be delivered to some friends that were vacationing in Glenwood Springs. He unfortunately gave them the incorrect street name so they were unable to find the home. I did not hear back from the business to tell me this, however my friends stated they never received a gift. When I spoke to the owner of the shop she was extremely helpful and offered to deliver the basket that day since I gave them the correct street name. She mentioned that my son would not give his telephone number with the order so this is why they never called to tell me the order was not delivered. My son said they never asked for his telephone number and he would have no reason to refuse his contact information - he gave them our credit card information and they used that just fine. My friends were leaving town that morning so it was no longer an option to have the basket delivered. Instead I asked if she could donate the fruit to the community hospital or senior center. She said she could not do that - but she would be happy to refund some of our money as they could re-use the plants/flowers from the basket. This sounded fine to me. However, I never received the partial refund. She either forgot (despite my two telephone conversations with her regarding the entire order) or she is not a woman of her word. It was a disappointing and rather expensive experience.
