Will was very knowledgeable. When I told him about a situation we had with the furnace last winter he explained what probably happened and made sure to remedy the situation so it hopefully won't happen again. I have used Climate Control for approximately 7 years and have always felt comfortable with the knowledge of the technicians.
William was fantastic! Very polite and professional and especially kind to my dog, Josie.
