WORST!
These ladies are the best. I took my daughter in for her B-Day to choose some makeup. These ladies spent time picking products with us that didn't have an abundance of chemicals, helped her choose colors that look more natural, and helped her understand what she should and should not be using at her age. They literally helped her like she was part of their family and only want the best for her skin in the future. They gave sound advice to her, and showed concern for her, and that's not something you always get! From the bottom of my heart, I am thankful.
Went in for makeup tips and advise , the manager Michelle was incredibly helpful and attentive . She spent almost 2 hrs helping me find exactly what I was looking for . It made me feel important and cared for . That alone is reason to shop here .
Half good half bad. The manager here is awesome and very helpful, however, I will not get facials here because the employee who does them doesn’t want to do them so I’d rather go to someone who wants to do their job.
The store itself is nice and well stocked but the tester items were kinda gross which is hard to then test makeup. The employees were helpful when I asked where specific items were and I needed quit a few things so my arms were full and I was still getting some stuff I had already spent about 30 minutes in the store when 6 which is closing time hit I was almost done shopping as it was an I knew they closed at 6 so I was trying to hurry, and an employee came up to me and goes um just so you know we are closed rudely which to me was super unprofessional. I clearly was about to drop some money in there as my arms were full of products. I would understand if I was dragging on but they had just shut the doors then came up to me hurry me out of the store. I get that your tired and want to go home but when people are giving a business there hard earned money specifically 150 bucks of it I don't see why pushing them out the door is good for business. Pretty disappointed with my experience here I'll go to the ulta in grand junction from now on.
