The Staff here is very much a mixed bag. I have gone in and had great experiences with staff and have been told exactly where to go and get smart suggestions on appliences and so on but, sometimes I go in to this Lowe's and feel like the consecutive IQ in Glenwood's very own Lowe's is lower than your average ape. I personally have to triple check if I really want something from Lowe's because if you want to return something they will make it a huge pain in the butt. I one time purchased a simple mouse sander, and went home ready to work on a project but, it unfortunately was DOA. I reasonably thought it wouldn't be a big deal and went back to Lowe's with my Mouse Sander and a receipt and asked if I could get store credit so I could just get a better sander that wasn't the cheapest thing I could find for project but, no it had to be a big deal. I was told by the lady "helping me" that I could not get store credit because, "You can't just use the tool and return it" and she stuck to it even after I showed it had clearly not been used since the sand paper was free of any saw dust or whatever could be on sandpaper. I had to walk away with the same model sander. What an annoying experience. Now if someone asks why this isn't a one star review? It wasn't a big deal most reviews are making stupid mistakes a huge deal and this place is not a total garbage pit. Do I recommend this place, Yes! This place isn't pricey and in a fairly small valley it is great to have a place like Lowe's but, if you can go somewhere else, you are in a higher ground.
Abraham helped us with our swamp cooler needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We asked two other emoyees to help us before Abraham approached us and they both said they didn't know anything about what we needed and walked away. This review would be much different if Abraham didn't come up and ask us if we needed any help. He is the type of employees you need working at Lows.

Very unsatisfied with the process of this store I went to purchase some French doors and I was waiting in line for someone to help me and the guy said it will be a min I'll try and get someone else to come help, we'll no one ever came so I go back and the guy calls again! Then Geoff came and helped me..we got the door took it to the front and it rings up $437...I'm like no the sign clearly says back there $217 so we walk back again and sure enough the sign says $217 just as I said! He says well the signs wrong that's more than half off there is no way I can give it to you for that price, I can only give you $100 off which still would of been a fair price but seriously and honestly I feel like I should of got the door for the price stated...it's not my fault your sign is incorrect. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE so instead of losing 72 dollar difference you choose to not sell the door at all....Good job Lowe's
