I went to visit a friend here in the winter and it was absolutely COLD in his room. When I arrived, he was wearing gloves, long underwear, sweatpants and had a thick shawl around his shoulders. There was ice on the inside of his windows. I called to speak to the Administrator, but no one ever returned my call.
