I had to go here for a bad poison ivy infection while I was on vacation. The staff was amazing. The doctor was so very helpful. I was offered a warm blanket. It was also clean. I was in and out in no time at all and feeling better after the medication took effect.
I've been going into the Cancer Center for almost two years now. Absolute best medical experience I've ever had. Super customer care and the friendliest staff anywhere. Oncologists are superb and the facilities are unmatchable.
We were just asked to not sit in the cancer waiting room. My niece has been treatment since February with Valley View. We were waiting for her during her test in the hospital. What a rude staff. I would highly recommend patients To go to Shaw Cancer Center. This is the third member of my family to receive treatment and I cannot sit in a chair! Really????
Great patient treatment at all areas of hospital. Super nice and helpful staff in offices, admin., valet parking areas, nurses, doctors, PT and other therapies. Radiology, MRI and phlebotomist.
High do not recommend this place. Too many times have I heard friends going there and getting a large bill for no assistance with their medical problems. Sad to see that a hospital has gone into the profit making business instead of helping people.
