They worked on my watch which had a broken crystal. It took six weeks to be repaired and then it leaked within the first week. They said I would have to pay extra for the second repair because the first repair used a generic crystal. They would now need to repair with OEM crystal. Another six weeks and now my watch had small amount of water damage. Nice women who worked their but not very knowledgeable about repairing watches.
Cheryl helped me to make a few custom pieces of jewelry for my wife that couldn't have turned out more amazing! Her knowledge of jewelry is unbeatable and their prices are very reasonable. I recommend Cheryl highly!
My fiancé and I purchased our engagement ring here not long ago after visiting the store on my own a few weeks prior. Absouletly hoorible. The owner of the establishment was a complete jerk and only pointed to the 900$+ items and ignored my questions. DO NOT GO HERE!
