The owner Ramona is beyond rude and unprofessional. Is there no decent dry cleaning in this valley, what happened to people treating you like a valued customer? This place is not worth the hassle and being treated poorly when they mess up.
First time I've been to a coin operated washer and dryer place in 20 years but the guy running the place was very nice.
