Drove two hours to this office because it was recommended. Arrived at 11:59am and was turned away because they closed at noon. The person didn't care that I drove two hours. Why are they closed at noon?
Security guard is so friendly and helpful, the staff is also helpful but the business hours make no sense no one has time to wait for them to do business every two days or change the hours the way they do it.
The security guard is helpful & kind. However, the staff at the windows are ubrupt & uncaring. A woman misspelled my name which requires me to come back & wait another hour.
I've had two good experiences with SSA Glenwood Springs recently. The first time an agent answered before my call went on hold! The second time my call went on hold very briefly. In both cases I got all the information I needed quickly and courteously. I really appreciate this improvement in the local office and commend your efforts!
