Very rude people!! Especially the supervisor!! That lady needs help very rude to customers!!! TIM was helping us the whole he was the only nice one. I will never go in there again.
Called up on the phone about a question and it was answered quickly. Came for my package and it was delivered promptly.
I love our post office, and the staff there! Whether interacting with carriers on a route, or the counter staff in the post office, I have found attentive customer service. They helped me many times to find more economical and efficient ways to send mail, both personally and professionally.
Literally, the only reason I'm giving them two stars instead of one is that I like our mail man (always polite and funny and obviously a hard worker). Besides that, I've had two packages lost and zero help tracking them down! Most of the other staff in the office is rude!
This is the fourth or fifth time they keep delivering it to the wrong place! When i called they weren't very helpful. At all.
