These young ladies skills realise that they're in a small town where people remember small things.
Bank tellers are always exceptionally impatient and ride. They never get what you want dove. And to top it all off, their customer service skills are in the toilet.
This is the worst institution on the planet!!!!

I am in a management position, in a long term care facility. I called to get a residents bank statement so they can qualify for Medicare. I even had the resident talk directly to the bank. Instead of sending the residents information to our business department, they just called the cops and made false allegations. Apparently they don't want elderly people who are hard of hearing and have other difficulties to have any help on the phone or to get Medicare! Obviously, a bank statement is more precious than your clients life!!!
They seems really nice, but truthfully, never bank at Wells Fargo unless you absolutely have to!
