This steakhouse surpasses anywhere we have ever been because the steaks are amazing and cooked to perfection. I had the ribeye and it was phenomenal.... the extra icing on the cake is that the prices are lower than you would expect for a top of the line steakhouse like this. Thanks for a great dining experience, the staff was amazing at their job.
Very disappointed, but two of the four steaks ordered were fortunately cooked correctly . For a place that touts itself as a top steak house and charges prices like one they sure can't cook a steak. One we ordered four steaks two that were ordered medium came out reasonably close but come on . The other two which by the way were the most expensive steaks on the menu (porter house). First one ordered medium well and came out closer to medium . Not a big deal because they just threw it back on. The other ordered medium rare it came out past well done. It was obviously sent back and returned literally not cooked! Maybe 20 seconds each side. The real issue here isn't hat they had attitudes about it the entire time. They were clearly not use to having to do anything right because it was a tourist trap area and like most captive situations like that their location allows for a poor product. They never made any attempt to right the situation in any way . I can not emphasize enough that you should not waste your money!
Walked in here due to the bridge construction. Nice environment. We sat at a booth that was a little uncomfortable. We asked for the roof seating, but only 1 table was available, and the servers acted like they wanted us down in the main seating area. The food was good, but a little spendy. Service was good; there were a few awkward moments that might have been due to several people trying to seat us, but after that, they took good care of us. Everything was prompt, which is commendable with them being fairly busy.
Wasn't impressed. Decided to splurge on elk steak and get half pound of crab legs. One leg cut in half 30.00$. Should have known lol. Elk steak ...I've had better cooking them at home. Had no flavor, too bloody for my liking. Bread served at the end of my meal. Corn salad sounded good, nope tasted like just plain cold corn. Started raining, no one helped us inside but found my waiter in there keeping dry. Me and my friend spent 120$ and won't do it again.
This place was not good at all. I feel like they treated is poorly as guests. The cocktail was horrible. Who ever made it did not know what they was doing. I was told the wrong price on the wine, that also was not good. The food was horrible, my steak was more medium rare, when I asked for medium. The whole experience and feel was just unpleasant. Not satisfied at all.
