I had an appointment for 9:30 and was told to arrive 10 minutes earlier so I did. I filled out paperwork and gave it to the girl up front. I only took about 10 minutes to fill it out. My mom and I then sat and waited to be called in but 30 minutes passed by and we were still not called in. People started arriving and everyone was getting called in but me. After everyone was gone, the lady finally decided to get out paperwork into the computer. My mom and I got mad decided to leave. My mom told the lady we needed our insurance cards back because they were taking too long and the lady decides to tell my mom that it’s because we took too long to fill out the paperwork when we only took about 10 minutes ? I mean like we were obviously going to take awhile if they gave us a whole book to fill out? And also, my sister calls to speak with the manger and the managers supposably never there. Coincidence? Don’t think so. Point is, would not recommend whatsoever. One star is even too much.
Excellent service. Staff is very friendly and proficient at what they do. Its neat how they remind you before you have your next appointment. The orthodontist is professional at what he does. I recommended you to go and stop by!

Highly recommend this place! This is an awesome place to go to. It's very affordable, the staff is very courteous. If anyone wants to get braces this the place to go, I have never left disappointed. The orthodontist does a wonderful job, and has left my teeth nice and straight.
