Very few people look forward to dental appointments but this office takes pride in making the experience comfortable. The staff was friendly and caring.
I had to have a Crown put on. Dr. Heim was very comfortable, and seemed very meticulous. When it came time to put the crown on he held the crown over the tooth, removed it, made a little grind and then dropped the crown in place and it hasn't moved since.
Very positive experience with a friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable staff. I was given impeccable and timely care. They are not as expensive as their beautifully appointed offices might suggest: call them before going to a place that does not place as much importance on personal attention.
