Hello Ms. Thomas, I wanted to bring something to your attention that you might be aware of. I called last week to make an appt. for my son for his acne, a 17 year old boy, and your office was on break for a week. I left a message during the week and then left a 2nd message the following week with a final call back at the end of the day on Monday. I tried to make a appt. but will have to wait for 5 weeks. Your VM indicates that you work M-Th. Maybe a suggestion would be to hire a PA for extra help in your office or perhaps work M-F to help with the long appt. schedule. Please keep in mind I am not trying to be difficult just trying to get in to see you. P.S. you are the only Derm. in our Blue Shield System in GWS. Very frustrated. Christine Anderson
