Had an excellent experience with Dr Goodstein. He has a wonderful and friendly staff, and seems very knowledgeable and experienced. He does have a somewhat condescending bedside manner, but after my surgery he gave me his home number and was very gracious and helpful when I called late at night on a holiday weekend with a concern. The hospital staff also told me he's one of their best and most dependable surgeons.
Very personable and caring. Love his professional bedside manner and staff. His nurse and operating team were also friendly and professional.
I would not recomend this Dr to my worst enemy, I went to him for my sinus issues and 2 surgeries later I cannot blow my nose I have horrible sleep apnea my hearing is worse, This man is a Butcher , soon as he finds out you have ins. he wants to do unnessesary surgery , to say I am displeased would be an understatement I have more sinus issues than I ever had before and I am not the only one I have spoken to several people who went through very similar experiences if you need an ENT go to Grand Junction
Best ENT surgeon I have seen! I had a deviated septum and cysts in my sinuses. First ENT I saw was more of a plastic surgeon (did not know that at the time) and he was just going to fix my nose. Wanted a 2nd opinion and someone to do the surgery before the end of the year and I got in to surgery within 2 weeks. He ordered a CT Scan and at the preop he went over my nose and sinuses with me. I had many infected cysts in my sinuses that needed removal. Plus I had one of the worst deviated nasal septums he ever has seen. He was extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Operation went well with barely any pain. I am grateful that my recovery has not been as bad as most who get this surgery and I believe it is because Dr. Goodstein did a great job!
Best doctor hands down. He is fabulous as well as his very educated, very polite and helpful staff, this is the place to go if you need anything done. Thank goodness for Dr. Goodstein and his wonderful team! I was misdiagnosed with infected lymph nodes and after 3 days of misery (and treating the wrong thing,) I was told to go see Dr. Goodstein after an ER visit landed me with what was actually a peritonsillar-abscess. The incision and draining process was so miserable, but again, his wonderful staff and himself made it not as horrible, but finally relief! 3 hours after seeing him, I felt like a million dollars. Best doctor in the game, don't let anyone tell you different!
