Young lady helped me and 3 other people simultaneously, and everyone (including me) was so appreciative when she finished her surprisingly personalized service. Nicely done.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Could not believe how RUDE the male customer service representative was. Could not even make it to the counter to get a name before he started yelling across the store "what do you need today?" When telling him that the phone wasn't recognizing the SIM card his response was "then it won't recognize any SIM card, send in an insurance claim and wait for a new phone" he did not even attempt to look at the phone which is one that uses a small tool to access the SIM card which we don't have because we are here on vacation. We responded with "I understand why you have a 2 star review" he then became angry and started shouting "What did you say? You wanna come in here and say that again?" And again, there were at least 2 other customers in the store. Cannot believe how terrible this place is! And after going to one of the other retailers in town and accessing the SIM card with the tool the card was wiped and put back in and the phone is PERFECTLY FINE! Thanks for wasting our time.
Call Verizon directly- do not waste your time going to this location. You will leave this store frustrated. The repairman is knowledgeable and helpful but it's overshadowed by the lack of costumer service exhibited by the others working here.
