Good office stuff but kids who work there are not particularly helpful
I went in to buy a cartridge for my laser jet printer. I couldn't find anyone on the floor to help me. After three circuits around, I encountered someone but he couldn't tell me which one was the correct cartridge. He started looking it up on his smart phone but couldn't find my printer model. I went to the check out and asked the young cashier to look up my past purchases since I've been a loyalty member for twelve years. He couldn't find any record of my purchases. I bought the one that looked right since it's an 85 mile round trip for me to stop here. It turned out to be the wrong cartridge and I am very frustrated and disappointed with the lack of interest and knowledge those employees displayed.
The lady who helped me was really nice.
I am so disappointed in the staff here at Office Depot. I have spent a lot of money here for my business and today I was very disappointed in how the store manager handled things. I wont be going back.....
