You can find some good stuff but this store has become so overpriced. You can find the things cheaper brand new sometimes. I think they have a serious problem. Love to support the cause but it has to be reasonable. People don't want to buy used goods and spend more. I don't think that's the idea!

I found the prices yo be very high compared to other restores.
I recently donated a couch to Restore and they had no problem sending a truck to pick it up, but to pick up a piece of broken merchandise, they are not willing to do it. I havd to say that this is the worst customer service I've received in a long time. I for one will never purchase or donate another item to this disreputable organization.
We had a great time looking through all of the treasures at Habitat - we even got to take home a treasure for ourselves. We've been looking for a dresser for over a year and found the perfect one today. Thanks, Habitat! Your staff was a great help to us!
Restore sold us a washer and dryer that they told us were in good working condition. After renting a Uhaul to bringing the units home and then hooking them up, we found out the washer had a problem where it does not empty correctly. Due to this issue, we asked that they pick up the broken washer and give us a refund. They told us that we would have to bring the washer back and we would only receive a store credit. We tried to explain that we needed to rent a truck to move the units, and had concern with purchasing another unit from them, but all they said was that was "their policy". So now we have a washer that we need to immediately repair.
