A horrible customer service experience. Avoid buying from them if you at all can.
My husband and I had a very easy experience at Mountain High Appliance in Glenwood Springs. We went looking for a new washing machine and dryer knowing a bit about the features we wanted but not much more. Rebecca asked a few questions and then responded to a comment I made indirectly telling her something I valued and came up with the perfect laundry appliances for us. The service was quick, courteous and there was a follow up call after we received our washing machine and dryer letting us know if there were any problems, to call her and they would be on top of it. I like that kind of service. We will go back.....may need to for an oven....why do things always happen in 3's????
