They lie to their employees. They do NOT have good communication with customers. This Boot Barn store is run horribly. I will not be spending my money here or with Boot Barn at all.
I wouldn't even give them a one star rating. I am so outraged by Boot Barn. I previously worked there during September 15, 2017. I won the Stinky Boot Sale Competition and earned a free pair of boots. I was told by my manager and district manager it would take a month to process it. Due to a co-worker threatening me in front of a customer, and to other employees I brought it up to the manager and she did NOT take any action to resolve the problem. That is why I quit. After I quit, I tried getting the boots I earned while I was employed and the manager denied me my boots saying I had to be employed by a certain date. She did NOT tell me that when I won the Stinky Boot Sale, since then I have been talking to corporate and have been getting the run around for two months now. I will never work or shop with Boot Barn again.
Great things great employees but terrible manager gets mad at employees for simple mistakes. Honestly dont think cause shes the manager she can scream to them like that or atleast in front of customers.
Manager on duty was rude, short and extremely unhelpful. We wanted to utilize a coupon on a pair of boots we bought the week before. Mind you these still had the tags on them and we not worn after they were tried on. Manager gave me attitude and wouldn’t do it. These boots were over $250 and just wanted to use the $20 coupon boot barn sent me right after the purchase. Will NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!
