I lived here for a short time and would definitely move back there :)
The old manager, Roy Wildey, was fabulous. The new manager, Ana Morales, is a Nazi tyrant who will evict you if SHE DOESN'T LIKE YOU, and the property management company will not lift a finger to interfere. They'll tell you they don't need a reason to terminate a lease, and won't tell you why they did it. STAY AWAY.
River Meadows is a clean, safe , and family friendly. One of the few reasonably affordable places to live in Glenwood Springs. The park is well maintained and run by a family oriented management. This is a neighborhood for families not an organization run for profit. I’ve been here 5 years and hope to be here for many more happy years.
