I went in for a shellac manicure. I was really excited because they were able to get me in really quickly and the same day while my husband went for a swim. I was there for an hour. After I paid and got into the car I noticed how truly messed up the nails were. There were gaps on almost all of my fingers, bubbles and chips. The woman who did my nails seemed really distracted and afterwards she said she was going to do her own. We called and told them we would be more than happy to come in and show them the receipt and the work that was provided. The staff was extremely friendly, believed us, and fully refunded us. We ended up having to go to a different nail place to get them fixed and it took them almost an hour and a half to fix what the woman did to my nails. I am pregnant and spending most of of the day in a nail salon wasn't exactly my ideal day off. I am happy with the finished product now, but I will not get my nails done again at Spa of the Rockies.
The admin staff really ruined my experience , confirming incorrect appointment times, loosing patrons, mishaps leading to missed services. Unpolished desk staff. The masseuse was good though.
Incredible experience. Super professional, when we walked in they greeted us by name. One of the nicest/cleanest facilities I've been in. Lots of extras and amenities while you're there. All the staff were very kind. My wife and I had a couples massage. Highly recommend this facility.
I booked this as a special treat before my beach vacation. I spa itself is amazing. I did have an issue with how the polish itself was applied and had to go back and make some finishing touches myself. After this happened, Anne was very wonderful. She listened to my concern and made it right. As a local, and club member, the end result is that I will be back and the Spa of Rockies should be proud of the dedication and customer service that Anne provided.
