Ordered a pizza for carry out over the phone. Young lady that answered was helpful, energetic, and entertaining. I was told it would be 20 minutes before it was ready. I arrived 15 minutes later to a very well made pizza. The young man that at the register was very pleasant.
Started an account, built up points towards free pizzas from purchases, got an email saying that I ordered and picked up said pizza when I didn't. Called to let them know and Louise was no help at all. He told me to check online lol. Check what ? Then he finally asked me my name which he should have had if I had ordered and picked up a pizza 10 mins. earlier. I told him the time it said that I picked up the alleged order and he said it was picked up by Marcus. Well I'm not Marcus ... regardless the online service isn't secure, or there just using the reward points to give away pizzas. Either way they have lost my business.
I consistently go to dominoes why I don't know the prices very week to week day to day you hear about the special on the radio or whatever then you call it in and magically it's double in price lost a customer
Good pizza (as far as pizza chains go), clean location, and excellent prices. The service needs improvement, especially for carry out and if you choose to dine in their small eating area. Politeness goes a long way.
Almost every time I order from dominoes in Carbondale they mess up my order and they give me a free bread or pizza. They can't keep good employees there so I never get my freebie.this last time they burned my brownies.
