I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. Sometimes a business shows you their best side when fixing an issue. I purchased a sub and brought it to work for my wife, and it had tomatoes when I had asked for none. Upon calling them, they apologized immediately, and because we couldn't come back, they made a new sandwich and delivered it to us at work. Because of this outstanding desire to make things right, I cannot wait to return to jimmy johns. Being a member of the service industry, I understand the inportance of keeping customers happy, and I could not have been more pleased with my service today.
I really like this jimmys, they are fast like they say jimmy johns is. Great quality food with happy staff.
