Horrible!!! Service was bad, they were very rude never had a smile. The wings were over cooked, meatball sandwich tasted frozen, the Italian sandwich was very bland, and the Stromboli was soggy. It was very expensive for the quality of the service and food! Extremely disappointed!
OMG so good! I thought it was a little pricy until I saw the size of the portions! We ordered double the amount of food needed for the 7 of us. Dinning area was clean and neat. Service could have been a little better but they were pretty busy. Best Italian food! We will be back on our next trip to Glenwood!!!
Ordered some pizza slices, wings and a chocolate milk. I got my milk and opened it while I was waiting for my pizza, so far so good. Then I took a sip of my milk and immediately went to spit it out. It taste like spoiled milk. I checked the expiration date and it was fine. So I thought maybe I need to shake it some more. I did that and since it was already opened I saw some milk come out of the straw with white things (kinda how spoiled milk looks) I went to ask for another one and explained how it taste so bad. She just grabbed the milk and gave me a new one. This one was good and I thought problem solved no big deal. This male brought us our food and asks hows the milk (I thought how attentive and great customer service) I said so much better thank you! He replies with attitude, "well they are all the same so... " and throws his hands up in the air. Not to mention he was rude to the other employees when we first got there. The pizza was cold and hated the customer service. Will not go back there again.
Love this little parlor. We come here every summer for the summer MLB All Star Game. Lots of TVs and great service. Sometimes a little busy and may be hard to get your food out. The pizza does make up though and shows how fine a pizza parlor can be. Thanks!
Russo's has apparently gone down hill since I lived in Glenwood Springs. I ate at Russo's as my last gluten-filled meal before being told for sure that I have Celiac disease. This was a big deal for me. Garlic knots, beer, and margherita pizza. The ultimate! Tonight I'm in town on vacation with my husband. We ordered delivery to our hotel room after a long day. Over an hour for delivery on a Tuesday night for a good Chicken Parm, a garlic knot, and a severely burned gluten-free Pesto Mama (after several defunct orders from a severely out-dated online menu). To add insult to injury, our delivery person (who didn't seem smart enough to drive a car), showed up without change after I specifically stated on the phone without even $5 cash for change. Congrats. YO RUSSO'S, you owe me $5 cash because I will never spend that much at your restaurant ever again.
