I've lived here for six years and these guys continually do it right. They are busy and the shop is always changing. They know their stuff, are friendly, and easy to work with. I have purchased all kinds of gear from them, from fly fishing waders to mountain bikes and kids bikes, and have sold a bike on consignment through them - always a good experience!
Of course it's also a great place to make money by selling last year's gear on consignment.
Good selection of new and used products and cool staff. Not pushy and annoying like some places. Had exactly what I needed.
They always go above and beyond like patiently looking through boxes of old pedals for a screw that they aren't going to charge you for. They are also really friendly and you probably won't leave without an invite to go on a fat tire bike ride.
These guys rock. The selection is surprisingly diverse, but the best strategy is to come in often and wander around without a specific item in mind. There are a lot of amazingly good deals on great gear. I often leave with a lot more stuff than I planned to, having paid less than I expected. On my last visit, my girlfriend and I went in to buy a pair of skis, and left with a pair of skis, new bindings, two pairs of brand new goggles, a jacket, and a bike headlight/taillight combo. We paid about $300 total, which is less than I expected to pay for the skis alone.
