They got my dog in that day for daycare and let him hang out with them OUTSIDE of a cage. I called halfway through the day for an update. I would highly recommend for daycare. Very friendly and even clipped my dogs nails for free! Thank you, High Tails.
They have a great selection of natural pet food and they do a lot of charity fundraisers for local animals. I love their monthly doggie wash, it's only $15, and they will trim your dogs nails and expel their anal glands.
I have only brought my dog here once, but the staff seemed pretty friendly and did a good job at a reasonable price. I will return again. One note is that is spells particularly... pungent in here, which is somewhat expected given that they are grooming animals. I am very grateful for the later working hours - that definitely helps work into my busy schedule a bit easier!
We took our 18 year old dog in for a bath and the lady working was incredibly nice and made us feel so welcome. We were able to gently bathe our girl and even use the blow dryer. My dog even had an accident and they told us it was no problem and they insisted okn cleaning it up. Could not have been a better experience! We will be back.
