Made appointment for my dog for noon on a Monday. Showed up, dropped him off, no other dogs there expected half hour to an hour for bath and clipping. I called at 1:30 was told half hour and he should be done. We walk into petco at 2 and my dog is still the same as we left him tied to a pole in the grooming area ....again no other dogs around. They finally start cutting and grooming him twenty minutes later and we end up leaving at 3 with a shaven dog but not worth the price of $61 or three hours of my time! Will not be coming back here for anything!

Worst petco I've ever been. I had my appointment canceled twice, one of them manager call me with the stupid excuse that employee didn't show up.what about my dog he needs to be taken care of. Two and half weeks waited. Other petcos are so fast and efficient but this one defenetly it is a management problem.
Lovely and knowledgable folks work here.Always a great visit. Large selection of goods as well.

I think there was a change in management. Based on the customer service I was provided yesterday and the reviews on google- I had a very personable conversation with the manager and he was not a she. He greeted me himself and his employees seemed very passionate about their place of work. Even the groomer asked about my Bichon and greeted me hoping to earn my business. They price matched off of the petco website and I saved $45.
