Been dealing with this place since it was on Highway 82. Had like 1 descent trip there and it was to buy a new unit in 2008. Since then most of the parts I've had to find online. "discontinued" "out of stock" "new part number" They're a frig. I'm over it. Be a Harley Dealer...sell outs. Last chance at a good big name dealer in Aspen Valley. Now KTM rules the roost...across the street from where you started...shouldve moved to the old car dealership next to Charcoal Burger...Could've been huge...instead huge FAIL...
My father purchased 4 brand new Polaris 570 ATV's from Mountain Powersports. On the first outing, 2 of the ATV's stopped running. Upon calling the general manager, he was told that he would have to pay $600 to have them pick the ATV"s up for repair. We are 3 1/2 hours away from the dealership and under normal circumstances I can understand the fee. These bikes, however, are BRAND NEW!!! I do not recommend doing business with Mountain Powersports as the customer service leaves much to be desired. My father had been a loyal customer for many years, but no more. Think twice before you do business with these guys!!!
