I had an issue with my tire loosing air and needing to add air every week or so (on the one of the tires I purchased with bi'o'tires before). I talked to Victor, who is very nice and polite, and asked how long will it take to look at my car. He said about 20 min and it was. I went to a shopping mall for 30 min and it was done when I was back, so maybe it was even faster.
Zack was the absolute worst. Arrived at 7:02 for an alignment but he said his alignment guy doesn't get in till 8. Showed no empathy, offered no alternative (such as "I'll make sure you get in first if you come back at 8), and even told me to quote "stop b*tching" about it. Real pieces of work that guy is. Will encourage all others from doing business here

There was a nail in my tire that they removed and patched the hole.
Cons: 1) did not put in the correct tire pressure. Far too low.

Today I had an oil change and the tires switched to studded snows. It took about 1.5 hours which is not too bad with the seasons changing but, after I left, I noticed my right front tire was low. Inside the car, the tire pressure warning light was illuminated. Then, when I looked up at the "Next Service" sticker on the windshield I noticed the miles to next change was wrong. It was off by 6,000 miles. So now I wonder....if they forget to put in the correct tire pressure, if they don't put in the correct mileage on the "Service" sticker, what else did they forget. Did they top off my fluids? Did they put in the correct type of oil. It this happens again, I will not be back.
