Great staff here, but this is no longer a Harley store. Check these guys out for your other winter sports needs though!
This is definitely the best motorcycle shop I've ever been to. whether it's off road or on Road.
We stopped in this weekend because we have been seeing more and more Polaris machines outside. We were certainly not disappointed when they informed us that this is turning into a full Polaris store and doing away with the Harley-Davidson. The staff was awesome!!! A++! They were informative and they talked with us for over an hour. We will be back more and more now that it will offer more Polaris items! Oh and we got some Polaris shirts on sale! Can't wait to come back!
The sales people and their entire working staff from the sales and finance people to the parts department to the girls upstairs who help you pick out clothes and the personalization of their products to their expertise and knowledge of the Brands they sell down to the professionalism and customer service was the best I've ever experienced buying a new vehicle.
We cannot say "Thank you" enough! We were traveling from Tennessee, 1200+ miles from home when the water pump went out on our 2014 Ultra Limited. My husband called the dealership and spoke with Brian in the service department. He told us to bring our bike right on over, so we did. They started on our bike immediately and replaced the water pump and we were back on the road again in about an hour!! Thank you Pam and Brian in the service department and all the staff! Everyone was nice and friendly! And Leah in motor clothes was nice too!
Been here for over an hour waiting to see what is wrong with our bike . We are from out of town and they just now got it back to hook it up and see if there is something wrong with the battery. A little crazy that it takes that long!! At least the view is pretty. Took 2 hours and all they did was check the battery said they might be able to hook it up to the diagnostic machine. Very poor customer service. Not once did anyone come out to let us know what was going on.
