Had injectors problems, they ran computer test had no codes they said. After having it for two days I went down took macanic for drive so he could see what the truck was doing the truck ran hard,spit and missed and sounded bad all the signs pointed to injectors.they charged me 565 dollars for a 30 min test and said they did not know what was wrong it need to go on a dyno. Went to kenworth in grand junction they ran there computer test in my truck with me in it with them and showed me in 10 minutes injector 4,5,6 were weak and needed to be replaced took injectors out that night had them tested, the next called and told me they need to be replaced. Such a waste off time and money now I know everything everyone said about them is true "waste of time"
Had a inner and outer drive bearing/seal go out on my Volvo drive axle. The next day Arron (manager) had me up and going! One of the very best shops out here,thank you McCandless!

Being Glenwood Springs Colorado is far from major cities for parts, it's expected to have issues. The staff was friendly. I felt the service was a bit slow but they did have other vehicles there ahead of me. Was down for the week due to DPF system failure. Clogged filters. The truck wouldn't Regen. My frustrations are warranty issues. It's a 2016 Lonestar and international says that the failure is on the Cummins side and they can't do Warranty work for Cummins. Why is it a corporation builds equipment and can't honor warranty work on other parts within the vehicle that carries their logo?
Had truck in the shop for egr repairs staff was rude and didnt keep you informed on the problems, will not stop here again would much rather pay a tow bill.
