So, we were on a road trip and were staying in town. We needed 4 new tires to adequately handle some of the gravel roads we would encounter in Utah and they were a bit overworn.
very dissatisfying experience I usually don't visit this location, and now I will never again. The person that initially helped me was very nice but once they finished exchanging my tires they casually just let me know they had stripped on of my lug nuts and that they could not fix it, also that the cap on one of my rims was missing a ring and could not be put back on when thy clearly forced it off and broke the clips that hold it in place. when I asked to speak to someone the manager or whoever I spoke to had a smirk on his face as he told me that I would have to go pay someone else to fix what they had broken. not to mention hearing the representative lie to a customer and tell him they have a deal with a dealership near by for alignments when the rate they gave him is the same as there regular rate. I'm sure they have a good deal about sending customers to each other but its not right to lie to people like that, people that trust your trying to help theme the charge was Farley reasonable, but to take credit. well thats besides the point do your research before visiting this place.
I was traveling far from home and almost had a blow out. I called them and even though they were closing they told me to come on by. They gave me a great deal on my tire and put it on very quickly. They saved my trip! Too bad I don't live in the area, they would get all of my business
The gentleman who helped my husband was very helpful. He even called up the credit company to find his account number so we could get the financing they offer. Husband didn't think he'd need to tote that along. We really appreciated that level of customer service. The tire replacement was done fast too so it didn't take too much time from our trip. Thanks guys! We had peace of mind after that.
That is what employee vehicles are for and tow service. I will be taking my business else where when I need a new set of tires. Customer service goes a long way apparently not now with this store, I will be going to the Grand Junction store until I need new tires.
I have always had wonderful service at this store. Until yesterday 7/17/17. I had my tires rotated and was told 30 to 45 minutes, I was fine with that. When I came back to the to get my vehicle I seen it parked in the far end of the parking lot, it was a Monday and this store was not busy. So I asked the lady that attended with me when I came in to get them rotated (forgot to get her name) why my car was parked so far away. She told me that they park them out there so the people in the apartment complex up the street wouldn't park there.
Worst Discount Tire location by far. I was a loyal customer for over 20 years in 3 different states. However, after 3 bad experiences in my last 3 visits I will never go back. They obviously struggle to find and keep good employees. Poor customer service and arrogant management. Do yourself a favor and don't take a chance on this store.
