We were on a road trip and went too far past an oil change. These men got my car in fast and fixed a clogged windshield wiper hose at no charge. They were polite and humorous. Definitely recommend!
My wife and I are traveling on a mini road trip from Texas and made a pit stop in Glenwood Springs. Stopped at Midas for a much needed oil change. We were greeted by Miles and our soon to be tech Matthew. We were treated with the utmost respect and customer service. Above and beyond our expectations. Paid for an oil change and tire rotation. They definitely did not rotate the tires. Makes me wonder if they did an oil change. Way too expensive for the service received.
I still use them, but they over diagnose. Tried to tell me my loss of power was a catalytic converter when it was plugs and wires. $2000 difference. Great for tires and brakes...
I was in a huge time pinch - had a flat and tiny of window of time to get it dealt with. They rushed to help me out! They were very kind and reassuring to me while I was pressuring them to get me rolling again. In most instances most mechanics would have been rude to me but they were empathetic and I am grateful for their speedy, efficient and thorough help! Good Job Guys!
