When I inspected the car, I noticed that it had several blemishes including a chipped headlight that had been repaired with black silicone, several dents and dings in the bumpers, a few scratches in the interior trim, but most importantly, it was significantly pulling to the right (as in severely misaligned). Steve (sales guy) confirmed the pulling and tried to find out why this wasn’t listed in the 300+ CPO inspection, and promised to let me know as soon as he could talk with the service department. During this discussion, another sales guy jumped in and tried to convince me that the car was fine and that it was just the slope of the road. Of course, it wasn’t the road as I have driven that highway many times, including with another Audi I have and had never experienced that problem AND the slope goes the other way in the return and the car was still pulling to the right, so his used car salesman antics were unpleasant and certainly unexpected for an Audi dealership.
The technicians that serviced/scheduled my car were prompt and thorough. This was by far the most pleasant and professional experience I have had with a dealership service department. This service department stands by their work by aligning my car twice in order guarantee my satisfaction. Can't say enough positive things about my experiences since I began being my car here over 2 years ago.
Me, my 11 month old baby and my 11 years old son visited the Glenwood Springs Volkswagen dealership in the afternoon of August 15 for an oil change. All was smooth as always, everything explained to me on what they did with my VW JETTA. Aside from that they also have my car wash and cleaned so I was very happy with my appointment. As we were about to depart the dealership, I have trouble starting my car - which was a my problem even before I visited the dealership. This is where outside the box exceptional service comes to works. Four crew from VW came to our rescue as soon as they saw me struggling. I explained to them about my situation and they did everything to help us out. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the ignition to switch on. TYLER AND CHRIS -man you guys are awesome- not only they help me out with this situation but offered me a loaner car so I can go home safely with my kids. I was so relieved and happy. Me and my kids (11 years old boy and 11 months old baby, with child sit and not to mention tons of groceries) are not going to take the bus, and when I say bus I mean multiple bus from Glenwood Springs to Aspen because of the help they provided. Thank you for taking care of us. You guys are the best!

I wanted to buy a 1-owner, very low miles S5, listed as CPO. As I live 3.5 hours from the dealership, before going there I emailed them to find out if the car had any blemishes, and they said that it was spotless and that I wouldn’t be disappointed. I also wanted to confirm the price so when I called they said the price of the car listed as CPO on their website and on Audi's official site was only "CPO eligible" and to make it CPO they would add $2700 to the price. When I pointed out the listing, they called me and said, "we'll sell it to you for the listed price", which should've already deterred me from giving them a try, but I decided to go anyway.
In summary, their pricing was misleading, their CPO-listed car had blemishes that shouldn’t have passed the 300-point inspection, and I was further disappointed when I never heard back from Steve re the misalignment as I was still willing to buy the car after getting it independently inspected. For this, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. The whole experience made me feel I was walking into a B lot, not a premium Audi dealership.
Let me start out by saying I didn't buy my car at this dealership, however given how well their service department has treated me over the past couple years, I wish I had. Glenwood Springs VW has done all of the scheduled maintenance for my '15 VW Golf and, though it was a very well-built car to begin with, I have put a lot of miles on my car and these guys have gone above and beyond to keep it running like new. Everyone I've interacted with, from service reps to courtesy shuttle driver, has been exceptional and made me feel like a valued customer. My visit today was no exception. I called this morning for an oil change and to have them check out an electrical problem. They were able to get me in within two hours. Within a few minutes of getting my car into the shop, they had diagnosed and fixed the electrical problem (no charge!!) and, after an oil change and (complimentary) car wash, got me back on the road (Thanks, Tyler and Derek!). Best of all, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I've always been skeptical about getting service done at a dealer because of the cost, however given how honest and reasonable these guys have been, I'll be getting all of my service done here for as long as I own my VW (hopefully a long, long time!).
