My wife and I drove 3 hours round-trip to look at a Jeep they new was broken and I would not be able to test drive when I got there. They were aware I was driving from out of town that day to see it. No courtesy call, no head's-up, no word that it was broken until I arrived. They told me they saw that there was a problem with it the day prior. I was beyond upset with them for wasting my time (and my wife's time) on a beautiful Saturday that could have been spent much more productively. I was too upset to speak to a manager (I'm usually pretty chill but was so mad!), my wife was upset too but was able to manage her composure better than me. She walked back in the front door and asked to speak to a manager. Two managers were in an office looking at her and both shook their heads no. She was finally directed to a third manager who did nothing to put a positive spin on this disaster of an attempted test drive. I am disgusted and horrified by the time wasted with Bighorn Toyota in Glenwood Springs, CO and even more disgusted they never even followed up with me after the event. Unprofessional, disrespectful, poor communication, etc., etc., etc...
I hate buying cars, but Lana at Bighorn Toyota made the car buying experience outstanding! She provided outstanding service, with attention to details, and showed great integrity. I highly recommend doing business with this company
