Fast forward to the day of purchase. Chris’ did a very through walk through with us- explaining all of the vehicles capabilities and clearly articulating all of its features. The Price agreed to for both our trade-in and the purchase price of the truck were well within what my wife and I were good with. My advice to you-Purchase your vehicle through Glenwood Springs Ford and use Chris Clarke as your salesman. You will be satisfied with the professional, non-heavy handed sales practices and with the outstanding product.
Bought a new used truck here. Sales guy Eric was very nice, not pushy at all. Manager Alan was very easy to work with and kept his word. Told me he could get a certain interest rate for me and they got better than promised. Finance guy Mike was also enjoyable to work with. All in all a GREAT experience here and would recommend to anyone to stop in a bit a new or used car here.

My wife and I purchased a 2014 F-150 FX2 Super Cab from Chris and the Glenwood Springs Ford team yesterday. Luis was my salesman whom I had been in touch with via e mail prior to meeting him there. Luis was good natured, friendly, straight forward and no pressure. He filled the tank up before he let me take it for a test drive. At sales time everything went smooth, the whole team involved in the process was great. It was the shortest time I have spent in a car buying process and the paperwork was simple and straight forward. We ended up corresponding with Gummy via email for about a week on our options for vehicles. We met with Gummy in person a few times (he even came in for 4 hours on his day off) and ended up purchasing a truck. Zach was great to work with as well when it came to looking at other options at other dealerships and getting the deal finalized! Overall, a great experience!
