I haven't purchased my vehicle from this dealership, however I take my Honda for servicing to them since the day I bought it. I always had a pleasant experience with everyone I encountered on site. Scheduling maintenance on short notice hasn't been a problem so far and there were never hidden charges like it usually ends on most other places. I highly recommend the Phil Long Honda team!

Such an amazing place. I got my car and the agents/customer service agent stayed with me till the very end. They where helpful and genuinely wanted to help me. Bad credit or no credit they helped me out a lot. I got a good deal on my car. In addition, I had noticed that my seatbelts where broken once I took it off the lot. Their service department said that they would get me a new set and install it with no cost. I will refer all my friends to this place.

I have been delighted with the service at Phil Long Honda. They make every effort to accommodate their clients. When a part they received was faulty and I had to be re-scheduled, they fit me in at the last minute for another time and got the repair done immediately. I was driving to Colorado Springs from California and broke down in Glenwood Springs. I went to Phil Long Honda with no appointment, worried I would not be able to make it to my destination. They fit me into their schedule and had me an estimate within minutes, and had my car completed within 3 hours. They truly saved my drive. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they communicated every step of the way as they worked on my car.
I live in Denver and not local to Phil Long in Glenwood Springs. The service department was fantastic keeping me in the loop on my car's progress being repaired. Once repaired, service arranged with sales for me to pick up my car even though service was closed.
