Noe did an excellent job! He made everything seem less stressful for me since I was a first time buyer. He made an actual conversation with us about life and not just work and business. Josh Appleton (the service manager) was amazing! He helped me diagnose my issue quickly and provided excellent customer service. The service tech completed the job sooner than expected and for less than I was quoted. I will definitely be taking my car back there again!
Had a great experience. My sales person was Noe I was very satisfied with his attention to detail and overall performance. All I had to do was tell him this is what I want left him the paper work so I could go on my day off and it was ready by the time I went Thurs took one hour. Thank you Noe
The experience was great! I bought it online after I saw it on the lot on a Sunday, and then followed it up online. (I'm from out of town).
He explained it to me, and when I decided to buy the car, he was there on the day I went to pick it up, and re-explained everything and showed me all of the details of the car.

My experience has been excellent. The service I have received from the service manager Josh Appleton has been next to none. I have been so impressed with the way Mountain Chevy has addressed both my fleet issues as well as my personal vehicle issues. I have to date purchased two vehicles from Mountain Chevy and will likely do so in the future. You can buy a vehicle anywhere but you can't get dealership service like Josh's and his team.
