This was a horrible visit. Hair in bathroom and on the bed. Cleanliness is very important when staying away from home. The noise was terrible. Could hear guest in the room next to me, parking lot noise, plus noise from local roadways.
Beautiful location! Super charming rooms are extremely clean and large enough to stretch out and truly enjoy. The grounds are Immaculate and have cozy little enclaves throughout. The staff is wonderful beyond compare and have earned two loyal, lifelong Lodgers Loved everything about our stay. Can't imagine staying any place else in Glenwood Springs.
I was looking forward to a good nights sleep and wish I would have gotten my money back.
Room was clean and easily accessible. I noticed the towels weren't very big and were rough. Apparently their towels are a major issue, as there was a sign in the room threatening to charge me $15 per towel missing. Not sure why anyone would want to steal such a rough nasty towel. The king bed was pretty nice. If I stay in Glenwood again, I might go back or might try my chances elsewhere. The price was a little steep for what I'd consider an average room; I guess their location is good though.
This hotel is fantastic! Great customer service while checking in. Very clean beautiful room. Quiet throughout the night. Nice heated pools and even bonfires to sit around and relax. Morning staff in breakfast area very polite and friendly. Yummy breakfast. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, yogurts, toasts, fruits, and pastries. Many places charge way more for inferior services. Definitely feel like I got way more bang for my buck than I expected.
Nice location. Walking distance to many attractions. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Not impressed with the heating and cooling system. TV channel selection was very limited. Overall, we'd stay again.
