Nice hotel. When I checked in they acted like they were sold out of rooms, even though I made my reservation 3 months prior. The indoor pool wasn't heated. Not ideal when you have a 6 and a 3 year old. Bathroom definitely could have been cleaner
1. Outlets in the room we stayed in didnt work. Couldn't charge our phones unless I unplugged a lamp.
This place is the worst place we have ever stayed. Visually it looks great however this is what went wrong:
2. We had a 2 queen beds in a room since my family of 4 would be staying the night however we only got enough towels for 2 people.
Loved this hotel! We had a really nice suite with lots of space (like a small apartment), lovely furniture, a little kichenette in the living room, excellent closet and organization space, big bathroom, 2 flat screen tvs, 2 ac/heaters, nice desk area and furniture, and a lovely building with well kept, colorful grounds. Only things missing were a microwave and adequate outlets near the bed. We definitely recommend and would stay here again. Keep up the good work!
5. The biggest flaw is that we were cold all night. Our heater would not work in our room. We called the front desk only to be told that we are working the heater correctly. On each bed was a sheet and thin duvet.... we ended up sleeping in layers of clothes to stay warm.
3. We were trying to watch a movie however it looks like audio restrictions were placed on the hotel TVs so we could barely hear what we were watching.
Really helpful staff, clean rooms, at a reasonable price.
4. We purchased a mountain view room with no mountain view.
For the furniture and the layout, the room was too small. There was barely room for me to walk along my side of the bed. However, the beds were very comfortable and the staff friendly and welcoming. Good location, nice lobby and patio area, close to the free bus stop. We will never again use Priceline to book anything.
Don't stay here!!!!
